In October 2015, Robert Baert has been apointed by the Commercial Court of "Walloon-Brabant" (Nivelles) as Temporary Attorney of the sa FOTOCOM, located in Louvain-la-Neuve.

This assignment involved the general temporary management and whole accountability of the Company ; it was completed by the end of November 2015.

In 2015, MPR organised an information session for managers and staff at the request of the Liège-based company SOGEPA.

In September 2015, Robert Baert undertook a refresher course organized by DDB-Law, on the Belgian Economic Legal Code in general and agency contracts more specifically.

In April 2015, the commercial Court of Namur appointed Robert Baert as the Receiver for HYMETEC, a very small company internationaly active.
